SYNOPSIS

After having her future plans sorted with a partner, a good education and the ideal career plan, Jenna’s whole perception of her future shifts and crumbles when she is hit by a car and was plunged into the unfortunate case of amnesia. Forgetting what she had planned to do in life, and whoever the girl that planned it was, Jenna is guided by her group of close-knit friends through old places and events in the hopes of retrieving her memory and helping her dig out of the hole of depression she had buried herself into. This becomes considerably difficult when the group finds out that Jenna has gone through a drastic change of personality along with the change of self-perception. Jenna Banks doesn’t remember who she was, and she has to accept that she will never be that person again.

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP

For some high school dreamers, we are it. It is a giant and complex process to film an artistic, dramatic and comedic movie that sends a message of perseverance to people. We are an incredibly talented and hard-working team, but without your aid, we will not be able to achieve our project.

WHAT WE NEED

All we need is 5000 euros! It may sound like a large amount, but movie-wise it’s a pretty thrifty budget. We need this financial aid for things such as buying/renting the proper equipment (camera, microphones, cinelights, editing program, etc), for purchasing costumes, hiring a make-up artist, props, reserving spots for filming, paying the crew, paying travel expenses for a number of actors traveling from another city, water, promotional outlets, etc. Besides, money, each backer shows his or her interest and support in our project thus morally supporting our team. Therefore any amount will be helpful and good new to us.

THE CHALLENGE

Making a movie is harder done than said. We’ve all seen them and admired the complexity behind making it, only internally whistling at how hard it probably was to make it. Especially given our country’s economical and material circumstances and taking into consideration conflicting schedules when it comes to school, jobs and personal obligations. There will be a hundred reasons not to do something. But there will always be a good one that can outweigh the rest. With discipline, effort, talent, hard work and fun we really can overcome any challenge that threatens our ability to shine.
