Campaign Story

Who are we?

We are the students and the teacher of the elementary school “Ramiz Cernica”, from the village of Cërnice in Gjilan and we want to create a meeting place in our school garden.

What is our goal?

The goal of our initiative is a better future, a new generation socialized with others, so we aim to build a place where all children become friends with each other despite their differences. We are arranging our school garden for that. Our focus are children with special needs and from different communities. The situation in our country is not the best, children of other communities and those with special needs lack socialization, and sometimes feel discriminated by other children.

And this situation is even more difficult by the lack of a place where children can socialize, chat, play or learn together.

Given that our country, Kosovo, is a country where in general other communities are not respected enough, we aim for a better, more advanced, more civilized generation in Kosovo and for that we need your help.

What is our plan?

We will build an angle of socialization. To do so, we need to flatten the ground, paving the stones, planting the grass, planting pine trees and flowers, as well as a place to sit and we also want to paint our school fences. With the funds raised we will implement all these tasks and we plan to start the project as soon as the weather starts to warm up (in March or April).
