The Morning Show on Radio Television of Kosovo is launching a new fundraising campaign aimed at creating recreational areas in elementary schools in rural areas of Kosovo. This initiative, called “Learn and Play,” seeks to transform school environments into attractive spaces for both learning and play, providing more opportunities for students to develop both educationally and socially.

With your participation, we invite you to contribute financially to secure the necessary equipment and help create recreational spaces that will improve the school experience for elementary students. Every contribution is made through a fully transparent process, where each donation will have a direct impact on creating these spaces.

Why “Learn and Play”?

Recreational spaces are essential for creating a more engaging and motivating environment for children, especially in rural areas. These are not just places for play – they provide opportunities for stimulation, social skill development, and foster greater engagement with school. These spaces are designed to offer a healthy balance between learning and play, strengthening students’ connection to school and helping to prevent dropout.

What do these spaces offer?

• Areas designed for various activities, including reading, arts, and games.
• Games and physical activities, such as ping pong, to promote both physical and mental health. • Collaborative and social development corners, where children can learn by playing in groups, strengthening their communication and social skills.
• Mini-libraries and reading corners, encouraging students to explore the world through books and cultivate a love for knowledge.
• Vibrant spaces with colorful walls, creating a warm and motivating atmosphere for children.

Depending on the funds raised, we aim to provide each school with:

1. A ping pong table
2. A reading corner with comfortable cushions
3. A mini-library corner
4. Decorating and painting the spaces to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere

The required amount is €3,300, which includes a 10% campaign administration fee on the KOSOVAideas platform.
