Sh\u00ebrbimet<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KOSOVA ideas<\/strong> operon me platform\u00ebn <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kosovaideas.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.kosovaideas.com<\/a><\/strong>, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn\u00a0 vizitor\u00ebt dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e projekteve mund t\u00eb nisin, shfletojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin financiarisht projekte. K\u00ebto projekte dor\u00ebzohen nga pronar\u00ebt e projekteve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen dhe zbatimin e projekteve. T\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e autorit dhe t\u00eb drejtat e p\u00ebrdorimit mbeten gjithmon\u00eb tek pronar\u00ebt e projekteve. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb projekteve n\u00ebse d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin nj\u00eb projekt. Operuesi nuk garanton financimin e suksessh\u00ebm apo zbatimin e nj\u00eb projekti.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Komisionet dhe Tarifat e Transaksioneve<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas nj\u00eb kampanje t\u00eb suksesshme t\u00eb projektit n\u00eb <strong>kosovaideas.com<\/strong>, 90% e shum\u00ebs totale t\u00eb mbledhura transferohen n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e pronarit t\u00eb projektit. Fushat\u00eb e suksesshme projekti konsiderohet kur projekti ka arritur 35% t\u00eb objektivit t\u00eb financimit brenda 15 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs. Koh\u00ebzgjatja fikse e nj\u00eb fushate \u00ebsht\u00eb 45 dit\u00eb. N\u00ebse kushti prej 35% tejkalohet brenda 15 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para, pronari i projektit merr 90% t\u00eb shum\u00ebs totale t\u00eb mbledhur gjat\u00eb 45 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse objektivi i financimit \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur pjes\u00ebrisht apo plot\u00ebsisht, ose \u00ebsht\u00eb tejkaluar. <strong>Operuesi<\/strong> merr nj\u00eb komision prej 6%. 4% ndahen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar tarifat e transaksioneve dhe zhvillimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e sistemit t\u00eb pagesave. Kjo vler\u00eb p\u00ebr komision dhe tarifa zbatohet p\u00ebr shum\u00ebn totale t\u00eb mbledhur, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shum\u00ebn q\u00eb tejkalon objektivin e financimit. N\u00ebse kushti prej 35% nuk arrihet brenda 15 dit\u00ebsh, fushata ndalet dhe pronari i projektit nuk merr asnj\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe pagesat e b\u00ebra ndahen nga <strong>KOSOVA ideas<\/strong> sipas diskrecionit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr fushatat e tjera aktuale.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Pagesat<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fondacioni <strong>KOSOVA ideas<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb i mandatuar nga pronari i projektit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur dhurimet nga mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e projekteve. P\u00ebr q\u00ebllime pagese, porta e pagesave elektronike drejton mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e projekteve te ofruesi i pagesave q\u00eb ata zgjedhin. Pagesat b\u00ebhen n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e\u00a0 <strong>KOSOVA ideas<\/strong> dhe d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb dy ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb k\u00ebste gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa llogarit\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare dhe pagesa e fundit b\u00ebhen zakonisht brenda shtat\u00eb dit\u00ebsh pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ekzistojn\u00eb disa p\u00ebrjashtime kur shuma e transferuar tek pronari i projekti mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl se 90% e shum\u00ebs s\u00eb zotuar:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb rast se kartat e kreditit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura nga mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e projekteve nuk mund t\u00eb ngarkohen me pages\u00eb;<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>N\u00eb rast se shuma e zotuar nga nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs projekti transmetohet n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e <strong>KOSOVA ideas<\/strong> shum\u00eb von\u00eb; ose<\/li><li>P\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera arsyje.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat personale<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrdoruesi mund t\u00eb fus\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale n\u00eb profilin e tij\/saj q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr komunikimin me p\u00ebrdoruesit e tjer\u00eb.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb momentin e dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb projekti, pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb projekteve u k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb japin identifikim me nj\u00eb dokument zyrtar. Operuesi verifikon q\u00eb informacioni i dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Operuesi<\/strong> nd\u00ebrmerr masa ligjore n\u00eb rast se jepen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb rreme n\u00eb profil ose n\u00eb platform\u00eb.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Pronari i projektit i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn operatorit t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb, publikoj\u00eb dhe ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pal\u00ebt e treta informacionin e dor\u00ebzuar t\u00eb projektit (teksti, fotografit\u00eb, videot) si dhe mbiemrin dhe emrin, n\u00eb rast se kjo i sh\u00ebrben promovimit t\u00eb projektit, pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit ose kosovaideas.com. Operatori ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb dhe ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm informacionin e projektit si t\u00eb till\u00eb, pjes\u00ebrisht, n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshuar, ose n\u00eb kombinim me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e vet t\u00eb operatorit.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9.
