Georg Fankhauser<\/h3>
Founder - Chairman<\/div>

Georg shaped the vision of KOSOVA ideas inspired by eight years of motivating project experiences in Kosovo together with his wife and their music foundation Stiftung Pirolo. Born 1950 and grown up in Basel, he visited 12 years Rudolf Steiner School and finished his studies at the University of Basel with a master (lc. rer. pol.) in economy in 1980. \n\n<\/P><\/div><\/div>\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n\t <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle chez F. Hoffman – la Roche, ROCHE vitamines et chimie fine, en tant qu’assistant de la direction de la division, puis chef de r\u00e9gion et de produit et enfin responsable mondial pour les acides gras et les citrates (1984-86). En 1986, il entre chez Remaco Merger AG, M&A et COFI, devient associ\u00e9 et copropri\u00e9taire et r\u00e9alise en 25 ans plus de 100 transactions. De 2000 \u00e0 2011, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur des investissements pour le fonds de capital-investissement New Energies Invest AG de la Banque Sarasin & Cie AG. De 1989 \u00e0 2012, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du conseil d’administration de diverses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s telles que Held AG, Proma Energie AG, Edisun Power AG, pr\u00e9sident de Solarwatt AG, Dresde et Weleda AG (groupe), Arlesheim, Suisse. En 2006, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la fondation musicale Pirolo. Il aime la musique (classique, jazz, folk, tango), le violoncelle et la basse, l’\u00e9quitation, l’agriculture biologique et l’histoire. Founder - Board Member<\/div>

Vllaznim Xhiha is co-founder of the Foundation \u201cUNE E DU KOSOVEN\u201d based in Prishtina. The major focus of the Foundation is on supporting initiatives and projects to transform education, promote arts and crafts, and sports. Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle en tant qu’assistant et conf\u00e9rencier \u00e0 l’Institut technique de technologie de Prishtina (1976-1982). De 1981 \u00e0 1985, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de l’\u00e9quipe d’ing\u00e9nieurs superviseurs pour la construction de la station d’\u00e9puration et du r\u00e9seau de distribution d’eau de la ville de Prishtina. De 1985 \u00e0 1992, il a travaill\u00e9 pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse Invertomatic SA. En 1993, il a cofond\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse Newave Energy, dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 le PDG de 1993 \u00e0 2010. Depuis l’introduction en bourse r\u00e9ussie de Newave Energy en 2007, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du conseil d’administration et, au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de Newave Energy. En 2011, Newave Energy a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e par ABB. Xhiha est membre du conseil d’administration de l’Institut de technologie du Kosovo (AUK) depuis 2014. Pr\u00e9sident du conseil d’administration de RUGOVE shpk. depuis 2008. Ms. Ardita Dushi serves as the Managing Director of the KOSOVAideas platform. With her extensive background in political theories and the analysis of political discourse, Ms. Dushi contributes a rich reservoir of knowledge and experience to her role. Since 2013, Ms. Dushi has occupied various managerial positions within public institutions, showcasing her leadership and dedication to public service. In December of the previous year, she assumed the role of Executive Director of the KOSOVAideas platform. Under her leadership, the platform commits itself to supporting artists, social activists, and environmentalists in Kosovo by facilitating the realization of their impactful projects.<\/p>\n

10 % \u00e0 KOSOVA ideas GmbH pour couvrir les frais de transfert bancaire (3 \u00e0 6 %) et les 4 \u00e0 7 % restants pour couvrir les frais de fonctionnement, de gestion, de d\u00e9veloppement et de promotion de la plateforme.<\/p>\n
